  I recently was tasked with the job of ordering new shirts for our rodeo committee. I have been going back and forth with many different vendors. They all would talk a good game but none actually came through with actually sending over an email with some firm numbers. Ernie with CC Creations was the first to actually come through. He was very responsive as far as emails and always made sure to follow up with me. The shirts turned out perfect! High quality material from NIKE, at a reasonable price, and the art was just like I wanted and the stitching is top notch. I will be sure to refer all screen printing/embroidery services over to Ernie and his team at CC Creations!

  Great place to buy Aggie gear but not such a great place to work. I was employed in the sales office at the Holleman location and there is a certain sales manager (my direct manager) who is totally and completely unprofessional. He made a comment directly to me about "f*****g one of his customers wives." A valued customer who even spoke at our 2017 national sales conference. Just consistently telling inappropriate stories and saying things where customers could hear. And unless you're a friend of the owner, very well off, or are willing to suck up to most of the sales reps, don't even try applying. If you're not their favorite, you won't stand a chance. Unless of course you'd like to work at their production facility printing shirts 7 days a week for 15 hr shifts, in unbearable working conditions, while making next to nothing. There is zero communication between the managers and their staff and their staff and their customers. Which is why many people who have left reviews here have said they're still waiting for a response. They're sure quick to collect your money though! They also have a very rude and extremely unprofessional receptionist who treats customers horribly. My desk sat directly next to hers and I was floored by some of the things I witnessed her say to people, however, I'm even more appalled that this is the kind of behavior that is tolerated and accepted at a business that claims to be so prestigious. Keep in mind that this review is not meant to slander this business or the people who work here. I'm simply giving my honest opinion and sharing my own personal experience for anyone interested in pursuing a career with C.C. Creations. The sales reps and upper management are both very biased and overly critical, just making it an awkward and uncomfortable environment all around. I was employed here for a year and a half and I can tell you that you will not be cared for or valued as an employee. I wouldn't recommend it, there are many other great places to work in town. The warehouse is great for Aggie gear, but for all of your screen printing and embroidery needs, I highly recommend M&M Apparel.
